Qualified Items:
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all attached tags.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Underwear and swimwear.
- Items sold as final sale.
Return Process:
- Contact us through our contact page to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization number.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with the return authorization number clearly marked.
- Ship the parcel to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Please retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, or we made an error in your order.
